Cancellations

Consultation bookings may be cancelled in accordance with the following terms:

• Within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Less than 24 hours before your consultation or after it has taken place: The full consultation fee is non-refundable.
